The days are getting shorter. The air feels cooler and the wind moves through branches that are slowly losing their leaves. Across the Kralingse Plas\, the first lights of Rotterdam begin to shimmer on the water. \nThis month we start an hour earlier\, because darkness comes early in November. We begin in daylight and slowly move towards dusk. \nFor three hours we wander through the woods and along the water. We follow what November brings: leaves still hanging on to a branch\, the sound of wind high in the trees\, cold air on your face and reflections moving across the lake. \nAlong the way you’ll get sensory invitations to explore on your own. You might sit against a tree for a while\, follow the shape of a twig or find a place near the water as the light disappears. \nAs it gets darker\, the city comes closer.
